Tommy Craig has led Hines’ New York office since 1996, serving as a senior project officer for several high-profile, complex projects including 7 Bryant Park, recently purchased by Bank of China, 53W53, an 82-story luxury condominium that includes additional MoMA galleries, and One Vanderbilt, a project for SL Green comprising the city block next to Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street. He served as an adjunct professor of Real Estate Development at Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2015, and is currently a Trustee of Phipps Housing, a member of their Executive Committee and head of the Real Estate Committee.
