Richard Olcott, a Partner in Ennead Architects, creates award-winning buildings that are at once expressive of their missions and integral to their specific contexts. Focused principally on buildings for cultural, academic and governmental institutions, notable projects include the Yale University Art Gallery, Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, William J. Clinton Presidential Center, WGBH Headquarters and Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall and five projects for Stanford University including the Bing Concert Hall and the Anderson Collection gallery. Mr. Olcott is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects, a past Commissioner of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, and recipient of the American Academy in Rome’s Founders Rome Prize Fellowship.
