Elizabeth Belfer is a lifelong New Yorker strongly committed to the well-being of her native city. While she is currently an equity analyst at Belfer Management, LLC, she has spent much of her time in the not-for-profit sector. Ms. Belfer was a Co-Chair of the Conservation Council of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), and is a founding member of the newly formed Global Advisory Council of the World Resources Institute, dedicated to finding practical ways to address and mitigate the effects of climate change. She is a founding supporter of Friends of The High Line and a member of the High Line Trust. An active MAS Director, she serves on several committees including most recently as Chair of the Planning Committee.
