Modular components, user-generated design, creative programming and multi-use sites are all a part of her design approach. Chambers is an active contributor to the urban design community through public speaking engagements, workshops, and events. She has worked build many start-ups and teaches “Visualizing Urban Change” at Parsons, the New School for Design. Her latest project, "Micromoment", is an app that presents geo-sensorial place insight for urbanites to find their moments (time) and respites (place) of calm and clarity. In a city of 8.5 million, the app delivers a temporal + spatial personal guide for everyone to have a unique and present moment to themselves, any time they feel the need for a reset, with mindfulness and connectedness.
